I think it looks like a Dusky Capped Flycatcher or Brown Crested Flycatcher according to Kaufman’s Birds of North America. Summers near Mexico border, so likely winters further south.
I don’t think a Social Flycathcer. I would go with a Yucatan Flycatcher. Dusky and Brown-crested both have more of a crest that this bird seems to have….
